The Castle was built in 1860 and sits at the headland of Glengorm's vast area of coastline, forestry, lochs and hills. Glengorm truly stands apart from the surrounding Western Isles, already known for its dramatic scenery, due to its tranquillity and sheer natural beauty. Glengorm's self-catering accommodation caters for most tastes. From the luxury of the Steadings flat to the tranquility of Cnoc Fuar overlooking the heather. There is one flat in the castle, one flat by the coffee shop, and a further six cottages on the estate. With one exception, the Steadings flat, dogs and children are welcome.
