Further details:

Servigny is located in Normandy, in the Cotentin region, fifteen minutes away from the beaches that were the scene of the Normandy landings and from Sainte Mère l'Eglise.

This property, with its romantic appearance, is like a jewel in a setting of greenery. It is surrounded by a garden of six hectares with numerous 19th Century "follies": a small manor on the scale of children, a chapel, a temple to Neptune, an attractive wash house with a well and a picturesque spring. The garden is planted with rare species of trees (palms, gingkoes, arcuaria, etc) that flourish thanks to the influence of the Gulf Stream along the nearby coast.

Further back, the fine vegetable garden, with remarkable greenhouses, was laid out in the 18th Century, in the garden was set a beautiful heated swimming-pool.

The entry to the château is through a double hall in Carrara marble, leading to the drawing rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. Servigny has eight bedrooms, including two master suites (a total of 14 beds). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. They are decorated by some of the leading names in European interior decoration, in the refined elegance of the French 18th Century, and are also equipped with every modern comfort (Internet connection in every bedroom, towel dryer in every bathroom, etc).

On the first floor, a wide landing opens on to a vast drawing room/library with Louis XVI wood panelling and a fireplace in Carrara marble, and a Louis XV music and games room.

The ground floor contains a very spacious dining room that can seat up to 20 people a sunny kitchen, and a big billiards room to add to an enjoyable stay for guests.
